Eligibility for Returns

  • The product received is damaged at the time of delivery
  • The product is defective or not functioning as expected
  • You have received an incorrect item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and unaltered
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (unless caused due to our error)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable”
